Rethinking Laser Cutting

The article focuses on the significance of the decision of Stock Manufacturing to innovate its old laser cutting strategies by adding more hours of productivity to its existing lasers from Cincinnati Inc. The Cincinnati Modular Material Handling System (MMHS) automated handling system has the capability to operate the firm's two lasers for eight hours a day attended and another 12 hours unattended. The system features two towers with 38 drawers of storage for sheet materials and finished parts.
